Shipping policy
Shipping and Processing Timeframe:
Apparel orders may take 2-7 business days for processing time BEFORE they are sent out. If noted in the description, there may be a slightly longer timeframe.
Shipping time with the carrier AFTER we ship out is usually 1-5 days.
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will come with a tracking number so that you can track your order until it is delivered.
We do not ship on national holidays, or weekends, if you place an order on a holiday or on a weekend it will be shipped within 2 business days after Sunday.
Shipping Protection (through Route):
Please opt-in to the shipping protection offered by our partner, Route. If chosen during checkout, your order will be protected in the case that it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for refunding/replacing any items that are not covered under the protection offered by our third party provider.
If an issue arises and you have not selected package protection, we will try our best to help, but you are liable for the charges associated with getting an exchange or additional item sent out.
Shipping Issues due to Customer Entry Mistake:
Please make sure to use full address including all apartment/unit numbers. If item is undeliverable because of insufficient address, or any other reason out of our control, your order may be subject to delays or may be undeliverable and we are not liable for these cases.

Rare Concepts is not responsible for any items lost in transit once it departs the United States. Claims should be filed with your respective carrier.
Tracking numbers may not be available for packages after they leave the USA if you use USPS shipping.
